SVARNEEL is a luxury heritage brand operated by Svarneel Overseas LLP, a registered entity incorporated on February 4, 2026. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

SECTION 2 - ARTISANAL PRODUCT INTEGRITY

Our collections feature authentic, Geographical Indication (GI) tagged Jaipur Blue Pottery and handcrafted gemstone products.

Composition: You acknowledge that our Blue Pottery is a "zero-clay," quartz-based craft.
Handcrafted Variations: Because each piece involves a 15-to-45-day hand-painted and firing process, slight variations in color, pattern, and texture are inherent to the artisanal nature of the product and are not considered defects.
Display: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 3 - B2B & CORPORATE ENGAGEMENTS

While our online store facilitates individual retail purchases, we also specialize in B2B corporate gifting and luxury hotel amenity kits.

Commercial Use: Contrary to standard retail-only templates, commercial use or resale of our products is permitted only through an executed B2B Master Agreement or written consent from Svarneel Overseas LLP.
Custom Orders: Bespoke gifting orders are subject to specific lead times and deposit requirements discussed at the time of curation.

SECTION 4 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFO

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site—such as text, graphics, logos, images (including our "Modern Royal" visual assets), and digital downloads—is the property of Svarneel Overseas LLP or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The use of the SVARNEEL brand name, logo, or any proprietary "Slow Luxury" storytelling materials without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as Shopify, Tally Prime, or Canva integrations) over which we neither monitor nor have any control. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction held by the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
